The major difference is that muslims believe Jesus PBUH is a prophet of Allah SWT (God).

Christians believe that Jesus PBUH is the son of God, and God himself, which is against the teachings of Islam.

Muslims believe that Jesus PBUH was not crucified, and is in the 4th heaven and will descend to earth once again.

Christians believe Jesus PBUH was crucified.
