I think the answer above is for wiper refills that commonly come in boxes of two. Most people replace the entire wiper blade assembly (blade and frame) because its only a couple of bucks more and since the frames have a lot to do with performance and they go through a lot of abuse.
So, 22" drivers side and 17" passenger side. Be sure to always lookup the exact part numbers for the brand you are buying. This ensures not only correct lengths but also correct attachments. See related links below.

i know how to put one on. lift the blade and arm as high as it will go. then tilt the wiper towards you. it slips on and cicks into place. try doing that in reverse.
