Some of the rear speakers in the head liner are 6x9 and some are 4x10. the covers pop right out so checking is relatively easy

Answer6.5 inch round coaxial located in lower forward carpeted section of front door panel under a color keyed mesh screen they are the same for most of the years for the GMT800 trucks (2 and four door tahoes 1995-1999) it is important to note there are small "tweeter" speakers apx2 inch round located forward, (and as part of) the power window and mirror panel control insert on the door also covered with color keyed mesh screen The rear speakers are located in the upper headliner in the back cargo area covered by square cloth covered inserts about 8-10 inches wide havnt had a chance to measure those yet
