Health-related fitness components are those that are needed in everyday life, for example, strength is needed to lift bags and get out of bed. Whereas skill-related fitness components are specifically related to sport. For example, agility is needed to Dodge opposition in Rugby.

1. Agility - ability to change direction of force accurately and quickly 2. Balance - ability to maintain equillibrium when in motion or even standing still 3. Coordination - ability to combine aspects of agility and balance while in motion 4. Power- ability to exert maximum force in the shortest period of time 5. Reaction time - ability to react as fast as possible to a situation btw i know all this because i work at a gym as a personal trainer so know its accurate information you are being given.
