There are lots of stop smoking aids available - most replace the nicotine that you are craving - e.g. nicotine patches and gum. You can also get meditation aids and books that will help you sustain your willpower. Really, willpower, and wanting to quit, are the most important things - other stuff can help with the physical cravings, but breaking the habit itself is often the hardest part.
