once you install iTunes on your computer, connect your iPod to the computer using the usb cable, once connected open itunes, once on itunes on tge left side of the screen there is a list of stuff look for the one that say Devices, in the devices area should appear the name of your ipod, click on it and the sybc option will appear on the acreen along with other info
