When Landing:
-Pre check list. Check 6 pack, carb, Mixture, Power, Lights, fuel tanks, clearing turn "First left".
-power back to 17 RPM
-Maintain level fight at current altitude.
-Add first 10 deg of flaps.
-Hold and count to 10.
-Add second 25 deg flaps hold and count to 10.
-Add second 40 deg flaps hold and count to 10.
- Add power to 65 knots.
-Pitch down for 65 Knots.
-Maintain 65 Knots.
-Pull back and apply back pressure.
- Call out Decay, Buffeting, stall. !!!! Recovery!!! Full power and Nose down just enough.
- Only first notch of flaps out!!!! Let air speed build up.
- Release next notch of flaps and let air speed build up.
- Release last notch of flaps and let air speed build up.
- Maintain a slow climb.
-Post check list. Check 6 pack, carb, Mixture, Power, Lights, fuel tanks.
Once all power is lost on the park, the only way to regain that power is to delete or remove some of the other rides, stalls and roller coasters in your park.
When the engine stalls you lose the power assist.
Check to see if there is gas in the tank.
By backing the choke out I assume you mean turning it off. If it stalls when the choke is off but runs while it is on then you have an air leak somewhere
Once media has been removed, power shut off, and the system rebooted without correcting the problem.
If a car engine stalls when turning, there could be a problem with the power steering pump. There could also be an issue with an emissions control device.

A plane stalls pretty much by not having enough power to keep flying. Another reason it stalls (most common reason) is that a plane tries to elevate too quickly by putting its nose up and the plane doesn't have enough power to push itself up into the air, then it stalls and it starts going down.
check your alternator
The idle speed needs adjusted upward if an engine stalls when you take your foot off the accelerator while stopping or turning.
