Developed countries benifit from the strength of intelectuals to get the solution of their problems . They give respect and honour to inteletuals to increase their strength. In developing world , intelectual have all the weaknesses. They are cheated , dishonoured, subjected to serious violation of humun rights. Our forecasting model TPI Inc. reflects as predicted by Sony that over 2 million intelectual out of 2.5 million were subjected to such treatments. There seems to be the requirement at UNO level to protect the intelectuals for the benifit of humanity.
