Thirst

Decreased urine output

Few or no tears when crying

Dry skin

And your urine color:

Clear or light colored means well hydrated

Dark yellow or amber color means dehydrated

You can cure it by drinking plenty of water or gatorade Or powerade ( for healthy adult)
