I am not sure there are only ten. In fact, there are many more, and it depends on what kind of publisher you are asking about. Here are a few examples of ethics in publishing. As a publisher of an academic book (a textbook that students and faculty will rely on), I would have an ethical duty to publish honest, factual, unbiased material. I would have an ethical duty to avoid plagiarism and to seek out respected experts in the fields in which I am publishing books or essays. And I would want to avoid conflict of interest-- let's say it's a journalism textbook. I should not have someone who is being paid by a certain group (like an advertising agency or a political party) writing an article about that group, since they would probably not be totally objective in what they write.
If I were publishing medical books, I would also have a duty to assure the confidentiality of any person used in a case study, and to get permission if I want to use a person's name. (If I cannot get permission, then I need to use a pseudonym to protect the person's privacy.) Further, I would have a duty to only publish peer-reviewed and unbiased studies, rather than studies paid for by some drug company or medical device company that wants to insert favorable material about themselves into an article. (Nothing wrong with publishing material about some drug or some device, but the testing must be objective, and money must not influence the results.)
