Having researched the college's site, it appears that most of the campuses at Maryland University require a minimum of 3.0 accumulated for an applicant to be considered.
New freshmen are admitted based on the combination of high school GPA and test score on either the ACT or SAT. The high school GPA carries the most weight. The University of South Florida does not require specific SAT scores for admission. In 2013, the average SAT score was 1200 and the range for those admitted was 1120-1280.
