A good question- but since Astra is out of business, one that will likely go unanswered. A solution would be to use a casting material, such as Cerro-Safe, and make a cast of the threaded area. Remove the hardened casting, and use a micrometer and a thread gauge to determine screw size from the casting.

Correct size and thread ( not metric in a standard thread or vice versa ) 2 the threads are not worn or stretched on the screws . Checking stretch can be done with calipers or even by feeling for the screw to be thinner at some point if the screw is long enough to do so. Most screws are not hardened so it is easy to stretch them or for them to have excessive wear. If you feel that either or both conditions exist replace them. With good screws . If you've inspected everything and all seems fine then apply a SMALL amount of BLUE thread locker to the screws and install them. Do not use Red thread locker. The Red thread locker is too strong and will make disassembly nearly impossible
