There are really only two that stick out as peninsulas from a larger land mass- Italy and Greece. However, the Mediterranean also contains the islands of Sardinia, Sicily, Crete and Cyprus, as well as Corfu, Malta and Rhodes. The Southern seaboard of Turkey encroaches heavily upon the Northen Mediterranean, but can hardly be called a peninsula.

One could just say "all of them" and then further explain that Europe is considered to be the westernmost peninsula of Eurasia. The three major southern European peninsulas are the Balkan, Iberian, and Italian peninsulas. The Iberian Peninsula includes such countries as Spain, Portugal, Andorra, and parts of France. At the southernmost tip of the peninsula lies the British overseas territory of Gibraltar.
The three major peninsulas in the Middle East are the Arabian Peninsula, the Anatolian Peninsula, and the Sinai Peninsula. There are many other minor peninsulas (such as the Qatari Peninsula).
