There is no 3 day recession or cooling off period on the purchase of any vehicle new or used in any state. This is a myth that will not die. Once you buy a vehicle you own it and cannot return it for any reason. Some states do however have lemon laws that will protect you from a vehicle the dealer is unable to fix.
