This is tough to answer as there are regional cultures, traditional cultures, modernized cultures, etc. In the most broadest sense, they could be labeled with a culture that is Northern European or European in general. Northern European countries are described as Nordic and all share this culture, too. In addition, they could all be considered to have a Scandinavian culture, even though not every country in Northern Europe is a part of Scandinavia. Furthermore, you could go by nation claiming that Sweden has a Swedish culture, Norway a Norwegian one, etc.

Scandinavia, Western Europe, Southern Europe, Central Europe, and Eastern Europe. Most of these cultures are drastically different. For example take Western and Eastern Europe. Western Europe's culture is modernized, technological, urban, etc. while Eastern Europe's still remains agricultural, less advanced, native, etc.
