BOTH! Actually I Kinda disagree~ Personality comes first but looks is what makes you approch the person in the first place.

looks first? 1. height 2.eyes 3. stature[ how physically fit they are all around] personality.. it varies. usually, first you notice how loud they are...so you can determiine if theyre a loud mouth braggart, or a quiet shy guy. from there it goes to personal taste..generally though, 1. sense of humour 2. chivalrous? yes/no 3. interesting to talk to, easy going, fun to be around, etc. and that's about it.
