okay this is a long but correct answer. In sequence 22 ft-lbs. In sequence 37 ft-lbs DOHC models and 33 ft-lbs on SOHC models. Finally, in sequence, tighten all bolts an additional 90 degrees, or a 1/4 turn. Here is the sequence, the number to the left are the timing chain side.
