As far as I know. There are two type of emotion. 1. Emotion which disturb physically and mentally of a person is a non intelligent emotion. Such a emotion will be created by himself. unproductive expectations when do not fulfil . Your emotion will be negative and you start to torture yourself due to not achieving the desire. Continuous torturing emotion will effect you and it never be intellegent emotion. 2. Emotion which does not effect your mind and body is always be intelligent emotion. For example. Job ,where you work for the development or prosperity of the company or organisation and you are paid for that. Such a emotion is important and it does not effect your mind and body . Here lot of other people are working together and their is a collective emotion for the success . It is not private or individual emotion , which not effect. After the job you can relax.
Emotion is a function of cognitive behavior and physical arousal
According to this theory, people are motivated only if they expect a desired outcome or reward. The key idea here is: What is in it for me? The desired outcome here has two components: Objectives will be met with this effort, and the performers will be rewarded.Trivia:This theory works almost all the time. If as the manager, you can understand what your team needs (like promotion, better roles, onsite opportunities etc) you can motivate them to work better in return for the rewards they expect. It's a win-win situation. You get good results and your team gets what they want.

A cognitive label; physical arousal
The Schacter-Singer Theory of Emotion is also known as the Two-factor theory of emotion. It states that emotion is a function of both cognitive factors and physiological arousal.

An ecosystem comprises of two basic components i) Abiotic components and ii) Biotic components thank you
These two theories differ more than they are similar to each other. The James-Lange theory argues that we experience the arousal from the event or situation first, and then we interpret the arousal and experience the emotion. Without the arousal there is no emotion experienced. The Lazarus theory argues that we must have a cognitive thought before any arousal or emotion is experienced. Without the thought there is no emotion experienced. These two theories are similar in the arousal that we experience before and during the emotion.
