Generally a pediatrician can work in just about any hospital, most often a childrens hospital, and get along great. Others, though, tend to start their own buisness or clinic and will hire recruits to help out when it gets busy or when they want a day off. There are actually a lot of places that would hire a pediatrician, you just have to ask around!
