2 alcohols, 2 keytones, and 1 Alkene(C=C)
It should be obvious from the name that one of the functional groups (three of them, in fact) is a nitro group, NO2. Somewhat less obvious is that there's also a methyl group and a benzene ring that make up the "toluene" part of the name.
ATP is adenosine triphosphate. ATP has the amino acid anenosine and a tail of three phosphate functional groups. ATP is the main source of energy for living organisms. It is important to the metabolism and all other systems because when one of the three phosphate groups break off energy is realeased. ATP is the fuel for living organisms.
N-(2,2,2-Trichloroethyl)carbonyl] Bisnor-(cis)-tilidine's functional groups are:Alkyl halide (These are the three C-Cl bonds)Carbamate (It looks like an ester and an amide on either side of a carbonyl group. But each group modifies the properties of the other so much that the carbamate group gets its own name as a functional group)Alkene (The C=C double bond in the cyclohexene ring.)Ester (This is the COOEt group.)Aromatic ring ( the phenyl group) .
Triglycerides are composed of three molecules of the alcohol glycerol. Phospholipids have two, rather than three, fatty acids attached to the molecule of glycerol. Steroids are composed of four fused carbon rings with various functional groups attached to them.

The actual triglyceride doesn't have any functional groups. They have all been used during the making of the triglyceride. There used to be 3 hydroxyl functional groups on the glycerol backbone, and 3 carboxylic acid functional groups (1 each on the three fatty acids). However, after the fatty acids react (become esterified) with the alcoholic groups on glycerol, there are no more functional groups in the triglyceride.
The three functional roles in a movement that are used to characterize muscle groups are Origin, Insertion, & Contraction (Actions). However my instructor argued that the key word was functional therefore the answer she felt was correct is/was agonists, antagonists, or synergists.

A nucleotide is a compound consisting of a nucleoside (a compound commonly found in DNA) linked to a phosphate group. Nucleotides form the basic structural unit of nucleic acids such as DNA. A single nucleotide is composed of three functional groups: a sugar, a triphosphate, and a nitrogenous (nitrogen-containing) base. Hope this helps!
