Specifically, cut off the tops to the tomatoes and remove most of the tomato pulp. Put tomatoes in a baking dish. Add stuffing made of hard-boiled eggs, bread crumbs, and chopped parsley. Add salt and then pepper. Put the tomato tops on the tomatoes. Place in greased baking pan. Brush tops with butter. Bake for about twenty minutes, during which open the over door and pull out the rack long enough to baste the tomatoes with the liquid from the greased pan.
