Vicksburg ended the war in the West. Gettysburg ended Lee's amibitons to invade the North and threaten Washington DC.

Decisive meaning a rout - Second Bull Run (Confederate win) and Nashville (Union win).

Decisive meaning it changed history - Gettysburg in the East, Vicksburg in the West, on consecutive days, the second one being a July 4th. In battlefield terms, it spelt the end for the South. Only the possible voting-out of Lincoln in the 1864 election could have saved them.
