water spouts are formed by a low convergence of wind hovering over water water sprouts are non supercell. They begin as garden thunder storms then it goes over water and gets into to high conditions

then a blast of cold and warm air come .then the warm and cold air start spinning and gets faster then water gets sucked up and spins. you usually find water sprouts near big funnel clouds
