Open trunk, there are 4 wing nuts hold in the light casing. Once wing nuts removed, whole casing comes off from the outside.
open trunk, pull carpeting back from behind the light you want to change and you will see a few plastic wing nuts, unscrew wing nuts and pull light out.

you can take the tail light out by unscrewing the wing nuts in the trunk, when all wing nuts are off pull the tail light out then take the light bulbs out to replace the tail light.

Use a Hacksaw to cut the bolt off just under the nut. You will have to use new bolts, washers, and nuts anyway when you reinstall the toilet. Or if you have a small bolt cutter, that will work much easier than the hacksaw.
The wing nuts are in the trunk to release the tail lite assembly.
