No, at the end of the comic he is actually still alive but trapped in a machine which has badly damaged his mind and persona as Batman, hence Batman RIP.
well grant morrison's RIP is kind of confusing if you dont read the comics that he wrote before that series. i know rip is in its own graphic novel but i had no idea what was happening because i didnt read earlier tpb like the black glove 667-9, which is followed by ras al ghul then you need too read the three ghosts of batman (672-5), then rip, then final crisis. for more help http://www.comicvine.com/batman/49-796/
Darkseid hits Batman with the Omega beams, sending him into the past, after Batman shoots and kills him. Dick Grayson, the first Robin, is currently filling the role of Batman
Batman if he has prep, (he soloed the entire JLA with prep). Superman in a random fight for obvious reasons such as him being FTL and able to rip apart planets.

Batman would probably win this fight. He is a more favored DC super hero so they would probably make him win if they ever had to fight. Realistically speaking however I would have to go with Flash. Batman is just a human and if Flash and land a punch on him while going at 100mph then I think Batman's face would literally rip off.

Batman dark knight. 2 reasons: He can throw him off a building and rip off his cape He could kick him.
Bruce Wayne is a fictional character. No he is not. In the 1989 Tim Burton Batman film, he and Viki Vale are seen removing each others clothes, and Vale later says she slept with him. Also, in the comic books, Batman has had numerous sexual encounters. He is seen in bed with Julie Madison multiple times in Batman: Dark Moon Rising, and an unidentified girl is seen naked in his bedroom in Batman: Dead To Rights. He also has a son, Damian Wayne, the mother of whom is Talia al Ghul. In RIP, he sleeps with his other girlfriend (I forget her name). I doubt he and Catwoman haven't had encounters without the costume either, all though I don't think that's ever been explored.
