My dad told me he thought the Suddeaths came from the Czech area. He said he knows the spelling has changed within the family. His dad was born in KY and some of the family members spell the name Suddeath, Suddeth, Suddeith, and Sudduth. I met a lady from Poland and she said she believes the name from an area south of Poland. I did some research and found an area that was called Sudetenland. I don't know if that's where the Suddeath name from but Sudeten sounds a lot like that name.
