The western coast of Canada especially around Vancouver is at greatest risk of earthquakes due the the subduction of the northern portion of the Juan de Fuca plate beneath the North American plate which creates stresses within the Earth's crust at this point.
West coast probably has the worst earthquakes in the US.
I think in Vancouver earthquakes are common in Canada.
Earthquakes usually occur when two tectonic plates push against each other. All the high-risk areas are along fault lines, or boundaries between two plates.
Earthquakes can happen in the Philippines, Or China We Had An Earthquake In Canada Too...
No place on Earth is completely free from the risk of earthquakes. However, there are regions with lower seismic activity, such as the interior of continents, that experience fewer earthquakes compared to areas along tectonic plate boundaries. Even in these regions, there is still a small possibility of experiencing an earthquake.
Where plates meet
The most frequent number of earthquakes in U.S. are in Alaska followed by California.
In California near the San Andreas fault line
seismographs and seismometers are used in suspected "at risk" areas of tectonic activity (earthquakes and volcanoes)

Morocco is at a low risk for earthquakes because it is not in close proximity to a tectonic plate boundary.

yes
They're not.
Japan's coastal areas area at risk of tsunamis because Japan is lies on several plate margins. The movement of the plate margins cause earthquakes. it is the earthquakes in the sea bed and under water which cause tsunamis. This is because the movement displaces the water and causes a large wave of water.
