Alton towers internal customer satisfaction depends on how they are treated. these may include the following : 1) station employees 2) human resources staff 3) public relation staff 4) purchasing staff 5) maintenence staff 6) accountants 7) shop sales men now in order to satisfy these internal customers AT has inroduced incentives such as job sharing, where employees can share a job, and also has given oppertunities to younger adults in universitys and highschool to have part time job there. the employees working there also get a good rate of overtime and suitable holidays depending on there work in the park. this all gives these customers a good work satisfaction.
