I am thinking 6 protons and 6 electrons!!!
i know 6 protons and 6 electrons. if you look on the Periodic Table the number that is solid is the atomic number right. so if you take the mass and round it up.. you divide the mass by the atomic number and you get your answer.
Definitly 6 protons and 6 electrons
Every atom, ion, and isotope of carbon will have 6 protons. Atoms of a certain element are defined by the number of protons. If the number of protons change, then the type of element will change also. There will never be an atom with 6 protons that is not carbon.
6...
the number of electrons are the same of protons
and the number od protons is how you can get your atomic number
Carbon always has an atomic number of 6. That means it has 6 protons, and that is what makes it carbon and not something else.
All carbon atoms have 6 protons. That's what makes it carbon.
A carbon atom has 6 protons, 6 electrons and 6 neutrons
Helium has 2 protons, 2 electrons. Carbon has 6 protons, 6 electrons.
Carbon 12 has 6 protons and 6 neutrons.
6
Having 6 protons, the neutral atom of carbon also has 6 electrons.
An Carbon Atom has an total of 6 protons.
6 protons, 6 electrons and 6 protons in carbon-12 atom
A carbon atom has 6 protons, 6 electrons and 6 neutrons
The element with 6 protons is carbon (C).
For any Carbon atom, irrespective of its isotopic mass , there are 6(six) protons.
hi, a carbon atom has 6 protons while sodium atom has 7 protons.
There are 6 protons in a neutral atom of Carbon 13
A neutral carbon atom has 6 protons and 6 electrons.
That would depend on how many protons exist in the nucleus of the atom. An atom with 6 protons is a carbon atom; 7 protons is nitrogen, and 8 = oxygen.
Helium has 2 protons, 2 electrons. Carbon has 6 protons, 6 electrons.
Carbon :)
Carbon 12 has 6 protons and 6 neutrons.
