I can think of one, he had experience as before he won the battle of Hastings (1066) he had been Duke Of Normandy so was good at making decisions! I Need another answer too :/
William the Conqueror helped Britain in many ways such as the introduction of the Feudal system, but he also started things like the harrying of the North so he was not always good. I think it is up to you to decide, he certainly changed England though.
What are 'englands'.
they did things like play kickball
Many things. They had a role in justice and oversaw the execution of such justice. They were also in charge of regulating the amount of silver in silver coins.
To keep things balanced Make sure things don't get over ruled
I assume you are asking about the Duke William of Normandy who became William I of England and is remembered as William the Conqueror. What I have read about him seems to indicate he was either cruel or kind, depending on the circumstances. The people who opposed him were treated very harshly, but he did things that were surprising, such as outlawing the slave trade.
He didn't reward the English. However he did start a revolution. He introduced new things like the Domesday Book, Castles and the Feudal System.
