Most people with gender-ambiguous sexual organs identify strongly with one gender (both genetically and personally). However, like people without gender-ambiguous sexual organs, some people don't feel that they fit into the classic gender binary. These people usually go the restroom that their outer appearance is most reflective of or that they feel most comfortable in. No matter how someone identifies, most people go to the bathroom to relieve themselves--not for nefarious activities.
