Depending on how many miles are on your vehicle.
If you have 35k or more you need to replace your serpentine belt or all of your accessory belts.
And if you have 89k or more you need to replace your serpentine or accessory belts and your timing belt.
Is this a safety issue
The seat belts probably need replaced.
Timing belts are replaced, not reset.
standard mileage for most all timing belts is 70,000 miles, but not many Jeeps have belts, they have chains that do not need to be replaced
Vacuum cleaner belts are not repaired, but are replaced.
The timing belt should be replaced every 100,000 miles.
I had a shop change my belts and plugs and now it runs really bad. I think that when they replaced the belts that they moved it out of time.

The AC belts are probably stretched and loose. I had the same problem and replaced belts and cured squeak.
There is no way to unlock the seat belts after the airbags go off. You will need to get the seat belts and the tenisioner replaced.
Either the belt needs replaced or the tensioner is bad.
