Dried papaya seeds
Cranberries are said to have antioxidants. However, the packaged dried cranberries have added sugars and preservatives. It would be healthier to just buy some fresh cranberries.
Converting fresh to dried herbs is always 3x as much fresh as dried OR 1/3 as much dried as fresh. For example, 1 tsp. dried can be replaced by 3 tsp. fresh (which equals 1 Tbl. fresh). Conversely, if 1 Tbl. fresh is requested, 1 tsp. dried can be used instead.
All parts of the plant are edible. The fresh leaves and the dried seeds are commonly used in cooking.

papaya leaves you can use them for you skin, fresh papaya leaves no matter young or older leaves as long as its fresh, rub it on to you skin while taking shower or bath, (chopped) it will leave your skin soft, and tender. rinse with water.... :) that is one use of papaya leaves, you dont need a body lotion anymore.. thats it !! :)
i think dried food is fresh
The general rule of thumb is: 1 teaspoon of dried = 1 tablespoon of fresh
it is just an herb. dried means not fresh. you can find dried thyme in the bottle herb section (not with the fresh herbs located in produce) of your grocery store.
