Antennae? That sounds like a bug, not a bird. What region is this in? Off the top of my head, red body and black wings could be: Northern Cardinal (male) Scarlet Tanager Summer Tanager Pine Grosbeak Purple Finch (male) The cardinal's crest could be what is meant by antennae.
The Steller's Jay is blue with a black head and crest and lives in some areas of Mexico. There are other birds that could fit this ID, depending on lighting. Possibly a Blue Bunting, Blue Mockingbird, pr maybe a Little Blue Heron.
it could be Israel's colorful national bird, the Hoopoe(Upupa epops). The long-billed Hoopoe, which has a 'punky' orange crest tipped black, is barely mentioned in the Bible (as an unclean animal that may not be eaten) but it plays a role in rabbinic literature and in Islamic lore as well. It is celebrated, among other things, as the messenger that shuttles between King Solomon and the Queen of Sheba. It is, in other words, well-suited to the symbolic burden the country has placed on it.See the related link(s) below for more information:
