Check field guide for indigo bunting. They sometimes appear black in poor light.

A shiny Luxio s yellow and black instead of the traditional blue and black coloration. This a very rare Pokemon.
If your talking about Pokemon, their shiny frome depend who the Pokemon is. For example: A shiny miltank is blue instead of pink, and a shiny Shinx is Gold and black, instead of Blue and Black, and a shiny Kyoger is pink, instead of Blue. I can not tell your what ALL Pokemon look like shiny, I only have what is listed.
