Washington, Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine

Wisconsin does not border Canada; the borders of Michigan and Minnesota meet in Lake Superior. But Alaska and Idaho do border Canada.
