Like any other law, the Patient Care and Affordable Care Act was passed by a majority of both houses of Congress and signed into law by the President. It was upheld (with very minor exceptions) by the Supreme Court as being Constitutionally-acceptable use of government power.

Depending on which bill you mean, the Affordable Care Act of 2009 was passed in early 2010 and reconciled with the Health Care and Education Reconcilation Act by both houses. Health Care reform is thus law of the land. All other bills, including the one containing a public option, were striked from the schedule.
Determining the scope of a new health care law
Republicans, Democrats and pretty much everyone else is for Affordable Health Care in America. Republicans at the moment though are against the Affordable Health Care Act, more popularly known as ObamaCare, as enacted into Law.Although everyone on all sides wants Affordable Health Care and Affordable Health Insurance, there are disagreements on how to achieve it.AnswerRepublicans said no to Obamacare before they knew what was in it. Obama had a really good plan because he knew that congress would hate Obamacare. He made the bill 2,000 pages long, and gave congress only two hours to read it, that way they wouldn't know what was in it. Most democrats trusted Obama and passed the evil bill. The Republicans did not trust Obama and they all said no.

One of the ways the Affordable Health Care Act will change community health initiatives is that our medical records will become part of digital record.æ
None, as far as I know. Slightly less snarky (but, perhaps, the above has more truth than one would care to admit), it generally falls to the Executive Branch to carry out the operational functions of the government. The Executive Branch enforces and carries out the laws passed by the Legislative Branch, so the E.B. would be the one in charge of things that you would say makes sure the nation "runs well" - they do police functions, food inspections, transportation projects, etc.

No health insurance at all... 47 million Americans. ObamaCare/Affordable Health Care Act, passed in Congress in 2010
Yes, the Affordable Care Act really passed and was upheld by the Supreme Court. Contrary to much of the erroneous information which is put out by the president's political opponents, the law is based on the very popular health care bill passed by then-Governor Mitt Romney for the state of Massachusetts.
When originally passed the Affordable Care Act contained provisions for a program entitled "Community Living Assistance Services and Support" also known as CLASS. It was meant to be a voluntary program for purchasing long term care insurance. This portion of the law was repealed in January 3, 2013.
The Affordable Care Act allows citizens of the U.S. to manage their own healthcare.
Yes, he did get it. It passed congress, was signed into law, and was upheld by the Supreme Court. You can read the Affordable Care Act online. I enclose the link.
Private health care is a branch of health care that is not covered by the government. Jobs, such as private home care in the UK is an example or medical care such as the health care in the United States.
The Affordable Care Act, also known as Obama care, was legally enacted into law by the US government. This legislation could also be repealed by the US government should it ever wish to do so. You, as an American citizen, have the right to vote for politicians who represent your views. So if you are opposed to Obama care, vote for people who are also opposed to Obama care. That is your option. There is no guarantee that the majority of American voters will agree with you. Many Americans believe that the Affordable Care Act is good for them.
