Possibly a Red Pointed Domestic Shorthair (Colorpoint Shorthair). Created by a mix of Siamese and another cat with a red hair gene. Sometimes considered a variation of the Siamese and other times considered a breed of its own.

A calico cat can be a number of breeds or a mix-breed. It is identified by its large patches of white, orange and black. A Birman is a longhaired breed. It has a cream to white body with a darker colour on the face, ears, legs and tail, and it has white toes.

Yup :P And a white muzzle, and white tips on his tails, and a white chest, and white on the inside of his ears. Everything else is orange :D
We have a "yellow lab" breed but she is pure white with white tips on here ears. Seems to me you have yellow lab with white tips. Just a thought. DNA tests are $75 bucks at pets mart if you are that curious.
Your cat is most likely just a mixed breed like all of ours, but she might be part Siamese, considering the black tail/ears and angular head.

Only a pure white white Maltese is pedigree. Tan color or any color added is mixed.

The polydactyl rare breed Lundehund can clamp their ears shut for protection from the environment elements and sound.
Any breed could have four ears. But it would have to be a rare genetic mutation in the DNA. It is really rare though.
