The Arabian
I'm no expert, but they have delicate facial features, kind eyes, a dished face and a high tail carriage.
The usual traits are a blue/wall eye, white face, white socks or stockings and a dished Arab horse like face.
An Arabian horse has a dished face along with a teacup (small) nose. It also has a high held tail and a long neck with smooth circular hindquarters and muscular but slender legs. A thoroughbred does not normally have a dished face or small nose, and looks more muscular. The neck is also shorter, the tail generally lays flat, and thoroughbreds have more of an upright stature along with longer legs than the Arabian. Thoroughbreds are tall in general. However, a horse could be an Anglo - Arabian, an Arabian thoroughbred cross, in which case the horse would share these features. Also hence the movement and spirit of the horse. Arabian have floaty, free flow trots while thoroughbreds are bred to have smooth trots that cover ground quickly.
The rare breed of Mini Panda cattle is one breed you may be thinking of. Other breeds that have the white stripe in the middle (but not the white face) include Dutch Belted, Belted Galloway, and the BueLingo.
The young black stallion's mom was Arabian, of course, because she was so beautiful, and had such a lovely dished face and short back.
The Arabian is the oldest breed of domestic horse. Every other breed can be traced back to this horse. This horse has so many strengths. His beauty alone speaks for itself. This breed is most well known for its large eyes, dished face and beautiful arched neck. He's a race horse, cutting horse, top-notch endurance horse, western pleasure, hunt seat, trail horse. There is almost nothing he can't do. These are just a few of his atributes. He does have weaknesses but they are few. The Arabian is considered a 'hot blood', meaning he has a fiery temperment. They can be a bit spooky so ride with your heels down. This breed is sensitive and should not be dealt with with a heavy hand. Not a horse to be bullied. If you ask politely he will give it. Grays are predominant in the breed and for this reason they can develope tumors and skin cancer. Sometimes these may not be the best ride for an inexperienced person or first time horse owner.
It doesn't really matter try to find a petite paint with your desired traits of personality. You also need a really good mannered Arabian with an extremely dished in face preferably with paint in its blood lines.

Arabians naturally have always had dished faces and they weren't bred to have concave faces. It has been speculated that it helps in the position of the bridle, but no such evidence has proved the theory true. I hope I provided the answer you were looking for!
The Arabian is one such breed that comes to mind that meets this criteria. Arabs have a small head with a dished face and the fine, arched neck. Some people say that Arabs have a delicate, dainty appearance especially with their head and neck, and yet they are amazing tough animals despite their appearance. Other horse breeds will also qualify as having a beautiful head and neck. Lipizzaners, Andalusians, Friesians, Percherons, and Haflingers, among others, would also be included in this question. But undoubtedly, the Arabian is King as far as this question is concerned.
Answer: Very long face (see - Sarah Jessica Parker)
