There is no cable, it is hydraulically operated.
Depends on engine, transmission, etc... Need to be more specific
yes but the tranny wont last long with the extra power of a v8
If you mean, do they make the Chevy Colorado with a manual transmission, the answer is yes; the standard transmission in a base Colorado is a 5-speed manual.
in mine i have a 5 speed manual but mine is a 4 cylinder if you have the v6 it will have a automatic
The clutch has an automatic adjuster therefore there is not a provision for a manual adjustment.
The switch is on the left sie of the transmission just in front of the speed sensor for a manual transmission.
The transmission must be removed, and put back in, not replaced.
A manual tranny ( T-5 ) takes 2.2 qrts.
I need to know fluid type speccifications for manual transmission Chevy 1985 s-10 5spd Chevy 1985 s-10 what type of manual transmission fluid
you can install an automatic transmission, but i wouldn't try one from a v6 unless your motor is a v6 as well
No. It unbolts from the transmission just under the starter. The hardest part will be unhooking the line from the cylinder. Use a nail and a pair of pliers to push the roll pin out.
A manual 5-speed transmission from a 1995 Chevy 4x4 will not fit in a 1991 Chevy manual 5-speed transmission. The two engines vary in some specifications which makes them incompatible.Ê
