Really the Jews couldn't do anything but work and eat when they had food and they could not do anything else Jews really could not do anything except work other than that they stayed in there barracks and sleep. The rules changed several times. The Jews were not allowed to earn a living, and in the end the only thing they were allowed to do was die!

Jews keep the laws of kashrut, which restrict what one eats, as well as observing Shabbat and Jewish holidays. They must dress in a certain fashion; for instance, it is generally accepted in the Orthodox community that girls must cover their upper legs and arms, as well as their collarbones, and boys wear kippahs (skullcaps), tzitzit (fringes at the corners of a four-cornered garment) and, in some communities, tallitot, which are a prayer-shawl in the morning services. They also have restrictions on sexual behavior, such as the requirement for spiritual purification after menstruating and many other laws.

You can refer to the 613 Mitzvot for an answer though some of them are considered outdated by non-Orthodox Jews.
