Hey there mate, It always helps to exercise. Make sure that everyday u do 30mins of medium exercising, like going for a jog for 10 mins and the stretching and walking and stuff like that. It raises endorphins that makes u feel happy. Dont sleep too much, don't sleep anymore than 9 hours, coz all the average person needs is 8hours per night. Try not to eat when u are bored coz u will put on weight and that will just make u more depressed. Join a club or start karate, or boxing at ur local club to learn something new and help ur self esteem as well as interacting with other people. Try not to drink alcohol coz its a depressant. Try these things for a couple of months and if u don't feel any better go and see ur doctor. And talk about things that are on ur mind... find someone ur comfortable with that wont judge u or book an appt for a psycologist or counsellor... Just because u got to one doesnt mean ur insane. You might be unhappy because of low blood sugar so eat a cube of chocolate if this doesnt work then call youre docotr. yea but, i am just sad because my parents don't want me any more they are sending me to this home somewere far away from them.

Your happiness is a direct reflection to your state of health. The more you increase your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, the happier you'll be. Dwelling on your misfortunes, whatever they are, only increases their impact on your life and your happiness. Accept your misfortunes as fate. They are what they are and you'll have lots of them in life. Don't dwell on them. Ignore them if you can and move on. Life and people aren't perfect. Don't dwell on this fact or it will make you sad. Don't dwell on anything negative or it will make you sad. Dwell on the good stuff in life. Fill your mind full of healthy thoughts and good spirituality, while consistently reading, studying, and learning. Constantly work to increase your knowledge and wisdom. Don't spend your time hanging out with negative, dark people, watching negative, dark TV shows, movies, or listening to such music, etc. Negativity and darkness feeds one's mind with unhealthy thoughts, which is essence ignites and fuels unhappiness. If you're not working out, start and don't ever stop. Make working out a daily routine and maintaining a healthy body a must. Eat as healthy as you can, keeping in mind that eating anything unhealthy is like eating something to make you unhappy. Eat healthy and you'll eat your way to happiness. Keep your spirit happy, by meeting it's needs. Seek to bring the desires of your heart, as in making you life goals come true. Dream big when making your life goals and don't worry if your big life goals look ridiculous or silly to others.. then get busy making them happen.
