It depends on the type of bullying and what you should do.
Physical:
Kids
Tell the bullies to stop and leave the person alone and get a teacher quick.
Adults
Go up to the people or person and tell them to quit it and if they don't, defend the victim. If that severe, or even at all, contact the police and tell them what happened.
Emotional (name calling, etc.):
Kids
Stand up for the victim and tell the bully or bullies to stop it and leave the person alone, and again, get a teacher.
Adults
Tell the bully or bullies to stop calling names and leave the person alone.
Cyber bullying:
Both
If you ever witness cyber bullying you should tell the bully to stop but normally you will not know at all.
I hope this helps and NEVER let a person bully another or do it yourself.

Take a stand and lend a helping hand
You will lend me 19000. If i seen you hand that money to the person. so cant i have the money?
She is the kindest person I know, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
Then the person that lend the car can go to jail
Lend Me is when you can lend someone a book from your nook. But you can only lend that person the book once and you can not lend a book more than once. So once you lend a book to someone, you can't lend it to that person or anyone else again until you get a new nook. The person that you lend the book to has 1 week to accept the lend and then they have 2 weeks to read it. I believe the kindle has borrow it or something like that. Also, lend me is free.
To help somebody.
I have NO idea what you're trying to ask about mines... If you're asking what "lend someone a hand" means, it means to offer assistance, as if you were reaching out your hand to help them.
This is a colloquialism. To give a hand or lend a hand means to help or assist.
Help, assist.
