Have effective alcohol education in the schools, and put a stop to the romanticizing of alcohol and drinking on TV and otherwise.

We doubt that that will happen, given the monetary power of the alcohol lobby, but that's the way to go about it.

Don't drink. If you continnue to drink regardless, alcohol could be the least of your problems after liver disease sets in.

The same thing it can do to reduce teen pregnancies: tell them the truth about how the whole thing works, how to do it responsibly, and hope they listened.

Beyond attempting to educate them about the dangers of teenage drinking, practically nothing. Alcohol is pervasive in our society, and kids who want to drink have no problem obtaining it.
