Clogged fuel pump or air on fuel lines. Residue from the tank might clog the fuel intakes. Changing the fuel filter might help. But before spending for a fuel filter, try using a fuel injector cleaner for about $5. In my case, before the fuel injector cleaner, the car would take 2 or 3 turns of the ignition key to start. And it also cured a slight hesitation problem. 30,000 miles after first having this problem on my 1998 Sebring LX, 4 treatments have cured the problem 4 times.
