how many miles on car? could need a tuneup or have a dirty air filter, tires underinflated, transmission not going into overdrive, torque converter not locking up, bad upstream o2 sensor, check engine light on? any loss of power? engine seem to be revving higher at highway speeds? if your only getting 23 highway def something going on
