Your dash and tail lights share the same fuse and power feed. Check and replace the fuse first, even if it looks good, and then start to troubleshoot the wiring.
What year? All lights? Check your fuse box.

On my Lss 1997 it was the Positive battery cable. It was making a good connection to start the car but it wasn't making a good connection to keep the interior lights on. May need to take the positive cable loose and see if one is corroded and either clean it or replace it.
