maybe a wheel bearing is bad. Jack up the rear end and spin the tire in neutral and shake the tire to see if there is any play.
on my 1989 vandura, the interior lights are on two different switches - the horn/DM fuse will turn on the front dome light and the rear light if that's what your looking for.....
It should be behind the rear vent.
Poor tire alignment will cause wearing on the inside edges of rear and even front tires.

Your rear ac expansion valve is located on the right rear inside your distribution assembly. You will have to remove the inner right side interior to get to it. It is encased inside the black assembly along with the heater core.
It should be on top of the rear differential.
On my 1989 it is attached to the inside of the frame just behind the rear axle, I think it's on the passenger side. It's a brass cylinder about the size of your hand and pretty easy to get at and remove.

It is on the evaporator, inside the vehicle, under the trim on the right rear.
