Hopefully, the home is warm so the toddler won't catch a cold. If any toys etc. are scattered around on the floor, he may trip, fall down and suffer some pain. So try to baby-proof the home as much as possible, and lock up cleaning fluids etc. usually accumulated under the kitchen sink.
Then relax. Don't worry. Be thankful that your happy child is getting some healthy exercise.

Well how old is the kid? If he/she is older than 4 it could result to being a DL (diaper lover) and as they grow older could turn into an AB (adult baby)
But, i wouldn't worry to much, its kind of a fad right now... im 14 and have been wearing diapers since i was 11
