Salty food contains too much preservatives, vinegar and salt are what keeps it like a pickle.. When the digestive systems does not receive a well-balanced trail of foods, gout can result. I believe so.
hardening of the arteries (ATHEROSCLEROSIS)
You can get sick from eating too much of anything!
Eating too much salt, eating spicy food, and generally eating just too much.
I suppose fast food is more salty and full of fat.
This depends upon two things: what kind of food are you eating, and how much of it are you eating.
Eating too much too quickly or eating spicy food.
Eating salty foods is ok, but too much can really affect your health.Sodium(salt) is an important part of your blood, which helps carry nutrients into your body's cells.Sodium helps regulate blood pressureSodium helps the nervous system transmit messages throughout your body. The chloride in salt is used in your body to create stomach acid, which helps digest food and kill of "dodgy bacteria"The Bad news:Too much sodium can result in high blood pressure, which is how heart attacks and strokes happenA regular salty food eater can also get Stomach Cancer and Kidney CancerTo prevent any of the bad things from salty food, only consume less than 1 teaspoon a day (sounds too little, huh?), but you can also get natural salt from food like fruits and vegetables.
Salt is good in moderation, but too much of it will slow down the nervous system's reactions, making one feel sluggish. Food with lots of salt in it has a similar effect, but the extra fat from a salty food with fat in it will boost sluggishness.
A person can feel sick for a few reasons. Some might be.... *Spoiled / "bad" food, food poisoning *Eating too quickly *Eating too much *Allergic reaction to food *Too much movemtn after eating *Acid reflux *Indigestion
